Preface
Résumé
It has often been claimed over the last decade that there has been a transformation of neoclassical economics and that as a consequence orthodox economics is now pluralistic, while heterodox economics needed to recognize this evolution and also needed to change in order to become more acceptable to the mainstream. Both editors always felt uncomfortable with this assessment and the preface recalls how the editors felt compelled to respond to it and to gather a series of responses from colleagues.
